Blake Muxlow, AccFM (OAFM), CP Med (OAFM)

Owner & Principal Mediator

Blake Muxlow is the Owner and Principal Mediator at Muxlow Mediation Inc., specializing in Family Mediation, Child Protection Mediation, and Child-Inclusive Mediation. A proud graduate of the University of Guelph with honors in Criminal Justice and Sociology, and of York University in Mediation, Blake brings a robust academic and practical background to his work.

Blake is contracted by the Mediation Centre of Ontario to provide court-connected mediation services and by the London Family Court Clinic as a Child Protection Mediator. With professional experience in the child welfare system, Blake has developed a deep commitment to helping families resolve conflict through structured, respectful dialogue and to supporting parties in reaching durable, tailored agreements.

Blake’s passion for mediation stems from a longstanding dedication to helping individuals and families through challenging transitions. He values the mediation process because it empowers families to make informed decisions, rather than having outcomes imposed externally. Blake strives to provide a supportive environment where every voice is heard and respected.

In addition to his mediation practice, Blake serves as Executive Director and Owner of Betamarsh Incorporated, a therapeutic agency that provides out-of-home care to children and youth. In this role, he advocates for youth in care and supports collaborative, trauma-informed planning with families and service providers.

I have always been passionate about helping people navigate challenging times. Mediation empowers families to make their own decisions, rather than having a solution imposed. Every family is unique, and I strive to provide a supportive environment where your voice matters.
